1. Information Collection & Principles

Times Tech Academy & Software Solutions ("Times Tech", "we", "us") collects personal information solely to administer student enrollment, issue cryptographically verifiable credentials, process tuition payments, and fulfill custom software contracts. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or corporate data with third-party advertisers.

2. Collected Data Points

• Account Identification: Full legal name, email address, password hashes (bcrypt cost 12), and telephone/WhatsApp numbers.
• Academic & Progress Records: Enrolled courses, video lesson timestamps, quiz attempt results, assignment submissions, and graduation certificates.
• Financial & Payment Verification: Bank wire transaction reference numbers, uploaded deposit receipts, and tokenized payment gateway identifiers (e.g. Stripe charge IDs). We never store raw debit/credit card numbers on our servers.
• Technical Telemetry: Anonymized IP addresses, session cookies, and user-agent strings recorded for audit and security defense.

3. Public Certificate Verification

Graduation certificates issued by Times Tech Academy contain a unique public identifier (e.g. TIM-2026-XXXX). By graduating and receiving a certificate, students acknowledge that prospective employers and verification agents can query this public certificate ID to confirm the student’s name, completed course, issue date, and validation status.

4. Data Security & Storage

All sensitive communications are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Database assets are hosted on secure cPanel MariaDB/MySQL environments with restricted privilege roles and regular encrypted backups.
