Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Course Tuition 7-Day Guarantee

We stand behind the engineering excellence of our curriculums. If you enroll in any course and find the materials or laboratory quality unsuitable for your learning objectives, you are eligible for a 100% full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of enrollment, provided you have completed less than 25% of the total curriculum sessions.

2. Ineligible Refund Scenarios

• Requests submitted after 7 calendar days from original enrollment date.
• Accounts that have completed 25% or more of curriculum sessions or downloaded final capstone solution code.
• Students who have already been issued a verified Certificate of Completion.
• Accounts suspended due to violations of academic integrity, harassment, or unauthorized asset distribution.

3. Commercial Software & Custom Development

Custom software engineering projects follow milestone-based acceptance criteria stipulated in the signed Master Services Agreement (MSA). Initial architectural discovery fees are non-refundable once architectural documentation is delivered. Milestones are billed and approved sequentially, ensuring client satisfaction at every release sprint.

4. Refund Processing Method

Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (bank wire transfer or payment gateway card reversal) within 5 to 10 business days. To initiate a refund request, submit a ticket via your student dashboard or email info@timestech.com with your student ID and transaction reference.
